Shipping & Distribution Policy
1. Distribution channel
Axiome Peptides distributes materials exclusively to verified members — GPO (Group Purchasing Organizations), RI (Research Institute), Educational Facilities, and Private/Research. All shipments originate from authorized accounts and are supplied under research-use-only (RUO) classification.
2. Cold-chain handling
Temperature-sensitive products ship in validated insulated packaging with gel-pack cold-chain inserts. Arrival windows are communicated by email at the time of dispatch.
3. Shipping options
Standard cold-chain — 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
Expedited cold-chain — 2 business days from dispatch.
Overnight cold-chain — next-business-day delivery for orders placed before cutoff.
4. Service areas
Axiome Peptides ships to the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may have extended transit times and additional handling fees. International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Order tracking
All shipments include tracking. A tracking link is emailed to the address on the order at dispatch and accessible from your order confirmation page.
6. Receipt & storage
On delivery, materials should be moved to appropriate storage promptly. Lyophilized peptides should be stored at -20°C; reconstituted vials should be held at 2-8°C, protected from light, per product-specific guidance.
7. Lost or delayed shipments
Notify the orders team within 48 hours of the expected delivery window. Axiome Peptides will work with the carrier to trace, recover, or replace lost shipments.
