Refund & Order Resolution Policy
1. Scope
This policy describes Axiome Peptides approach to order resolution, returns, and refunds for verified institutional buyers.
2. Shipping Condition Issues
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged or compromised, contact our orders team within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Verified shipping-related issues may qualify for replacement or refund.
3. Order errors
For incorrect items or quantities, contact the orders team within 7 days of delivery. Axiome Peptides will arrange a corrective shipment or refund at no cost to the buyer.
4. Non-returnable items
Opened, used, altered, or damaged products are not eligible for return. Products that have been modified after delivery are also not eligible for return.
5. Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Bank posting times may vary.
6. Dispute resolution
Disputes that cannot be resolved through the orders team will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the Terms of Service.
