Refund & Order Resolution Policy
1. Scope
This policy describes Axiome Peptides's approach to order resolution, returns, and refunds for verified institutional buyers.
2. Cold-chain integrity claims
If a shipment arrives outside the documented temperature window or visibly compromised, contact the orders team within 48 hours of delivery with photos and the order number. Verified cold-chain failures are eligible for replacement or refund.
3. Order errors
For incorrect items or quantities, contact the orders team within 7 days of delivery. Axiome Peptides will arrange a corrective shipment or refund at no cost to the buyer.
4. Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of research materials, opened or used items, lyophilized vials that have been reconstituted, and items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
5. Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Bank posting times may vary.
6. Dispute resolution
Disputes that cannot be resolved through the orders team will be handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of the Terms of Service.
